Spelling drills

Fourteen-year-old Jenna Johnson spells out words provided by her mom, Diane, Friday at their Cedar Springs home. Jenna has won the Cedar Springs Middle School spelling bee four years in a row, and practices for the finals every day with her mom. Diane said Jenna sometimes pokes fun at her for mispronouncing words, but she likes the time she gets to spend with her daughter.
