Farm instruments

Five-year-old Rebecca Johnson plays an egg shaker Thursday during a class on farm life at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. Volunteer Harvey Alley taught kids that farmers could turn just about anything into an instrument, including an egg. Kids also got to play the spoons, a washboard and a cow bell.
