Shelly Buck holds her one-day-old son, Ephram, Tuesday at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. After losing a daughter in 2005, Shelly and her husband Josh chose the name Ephram because of it's meaning, "Out of suffering."
